Unbiased recruitment using AI and the Moscow Metro

We present the logical conclusion of our series of talks on recruitment. At AD18, we explored self-presentation; at AD19, we discussed countering fraud during analyst interviews; and now, at AD21, we introduce a talk about a tool that uses AI for interviewing analysts that eliminates the disadvantages of in-person technical interviews.

We will discuss how to use AI to conduct surveys for applicants, analyse their strengths and weaknesses, and forecast onboarding timelines and integration into the project. We will also outline the prospects for developing the tool to support both new and existing employees — and explain what role the Moscow Metro plays in it.
